Full-Time Clinician...

Salary: $66,500-$68,500 (MSW, LCSW) or $69,500-$74,500 (LICSW, LMHC)

Free clinical supervision for licensure, licensure reimbursement, free CEU’s; clinical supervision and training; paid vacation, personal, holiday and sick time; health, dental, optical and life insurance; educational reimbursement, retirement savings account; mileage reimbursement of .70/per mile; bilingual salary differential depending on language; and more.

In ADDITION to the salary, this full-time position qualifies for a $7,500 Hiring Bonus ($3,750.00 at the completion of a successful 3 months orientation and $3,750.00 at the completion of 6 months of employment)

Wage: $31.97 per/hour (MSW, LCSW) or $33.41per/hour (LICSW, LMHC)

Free clinical supervision for licensure, licensure reimbursement, free CEU’s; clinical supervision and training, mileage reimbursement of .70/per mile; bilingual salary differential depending on language; retirement savings account, and more.

**Employees working 25 hours per week are eligible for pro-rated paid vacation, personal, holiday and sick time; and educational reimbursement.

**Employees working 30 hours per week are eligible for pro-rated paid vacation, personal, holiday and sick time; and educational reimbursement and are eligible for health, dental, optical and life insurance.

In ADDITION to the salary, this part-time position qualifies for a $3,000 Hiring Bonus ($1500 at the completion of 3 months orientation and $1500 at the completion of 6 months)

*Starting salary ranges are based on having less than 2 years’ experience and are negotiable commensurate with more experience. Additional compensation is provided for: bilingual skills, clinical intervention after hours, on-call rotation, supervision of interns, and becoming certified to facilitate Risking Connection Trauma-Informed training, and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training. Opportunities exist for future annual merit-based salary increases.

Insurance: Generous company contribution of over 90% of medical and over 70% for dental premiums. Training and practice in evidence-based and innovative treatment methods such as DBT, CBT, Triple P, Risking Connection® trauma-informed care framework, neurofeedback and collaboration with colleagues throughout the organization.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or clinical psychology. One to three years of prior experience with adolescent, latency, or young adult population in residential or community-based settings. Licensed in the state of MA preferred, as an LSWA, LSW, LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC. A driver’s license and insured vehicle for employment.

Responsibilities:

Work within a team to provide direct mental health services to children, youth and families, promote their emotional, behavioral and psychological well-being, and help them navigate the challenges they face.
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, administer formal testing as required by licensing or contracting, and use assessment tools and interviews to gather relevant information and formulate individualized treatment plans.
Provide in-home individual counseling, therapy and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment practices, and implement strategies and practices to engage children, youth and families.
Utilize electronic health record system and state platforms to document and submit case documentation.
Work collaboratively with external service providers and state partners to ensure an integrated approach to care.
Independently licensed clinicians provide clinical supervision to Masters-level clinicians and supervise intern field placements.
The position is not remote, requires some early evening hours to accommodate families and children’s schedules, and participation in the paid on-call rotation schedule.

Key works in conjunction with the MA DCF, RI DCYF and NH DCYF and is an agency provider of community-based services, residential treatment programming, and outpatient mental/behavioral health services.
