We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Virtual Data Entry Assistant to help manage and organize digital information. This is an easy, fully remote position ideal for individuals who enjoy routine tasks, have basic computer skills, and are seeking flexible, work-from-home opportunities. Your main responsibility will be entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and platforms.
Accurately enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and online systems
Update existing records and verify accuracy of information
Organize digital files and maintain proper folder structures
Perform simple online research or copy/paste tasks as needed
Assist in cleaning up and formatting documents or data sets
Follow instructions and standard procedures for data management
Communicate with your supervisor or team if clarification is needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic typing and computer skills (30+ WPM recommended)
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
