About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Head of Financial Crimes and Compliance Human Capital Strategy. This critical divisional leader will be responsible for executing the long-term human capital vision and roadmap that aligns with the strategic objectives of the global financial crimes divisions. The role demands a forward-thinking, data-driven, and people-centered individual capable of shaping how the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent globally. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership and workforce planning, talent strategy and organizational effectiveness, leadership advisory, and business partner collaboration. The successful candidate will also be tasked with defining and tracking KPIs, leading the creation of executive-level dashboards, and overseeing additional tactical responsibilities such as global job architecture and employee relations. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in human capital strategy, talent management, or organizational development within large, matrixed, and global organizations. A proven track record of leading change and transformation initiatives is essential, as is experience in interacting with senior leadership and providing strategic counsel on workforce and organizational matters. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and systems thinker, with strong executive presence, and highly analytical with a data-first approach to problem-solving. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree in a related field strongly preferred. The role demands exceptional collaboration skills and a demonstrated commitment to people-first strategies.
