This position is hybrid (4 days on-site) based out of our Indianapolis, IN office. We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to support our brokerage team with client relationship management, transaction management, client lease portfolio analysis and financial analysis. As the Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing proactive, administrative and financial support services. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, perform well under pressure and are highly effective at prioritizing tasks and seeing things through to completion. Responsibilities include supporting brokers, leadership, clients, and other SMEs to identify opportunities within client portfolio and prepare recommendations communicating findings; assisting with projects and deliverables specific to roll-outs, portfolio evaluations, acquisition, consolidation of information and implementation of process; maintaining property signs inventory and managing signage purchase orders and marketing budget forms; establishing protocol and customized templates for each client including rebate tracker, internal co-broker agreements, BOVs, RFPs, and comparison analysis; managing trackers including rebate, activity reports, and Approval Exhibits; assisting with creation of RFP responses including compilation of information and graphics; preparing dashboards for existing and prospective clients; creating and overseeing business development deliverables; preparing and managing internal co-broker agreements and confidentiality documentation; overseeing internal management process including Multi-City Assignment forms and invoices as it pertains to each account.
