Role Description

This is a full-time Tax Associate role at E.T. Kelly & Associates, LLC. The Tax Associate will assist in tax preparation for business, individual, and trust income tax returns and the associated tax planning. The Tax Associate will also be involved in accounting and bill pay engagements. This is a hybrid role based in Edina, MN with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration and problem solving
• Strong accounting skills with thorough knowledge of QuickBooks software or desire to learn QuickBooks
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field with 1-3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Excel, and strong computer skills
• Comprehends the value of efficient internal communication and workflow
• Desire and drive to complete CPA exam within two years of hire date
