The Opportunity:

Are you obsessed with crafting viral content, cultivating brand stories, and connecting with top talent? We’re seeking a powerhouse Social Media Coordinator with sharp recruiting instincts to lead our digital presence AND help us find our next all-star team members. You’ll wear two hats—one as the voice of the brand and another as a talent magnet.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take ownership of all our social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.), curating and creating content that excites our audience, builds community, and drives engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan content calendars, launch campaigns, and keep our employer brand fresh and dynamic.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and DMs with energy and authenticity—they’ll never suspect it’s not our CEO!
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity; be the first to jump on new platforms and viral opportunities.
  • Develop creative employer branding strategies to showcase our culture, perks, and people.
  • Partner with our HR/recruiting team to promote job openings, attract passive talent, and generate buzz around hiring initiatives.
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates via social channels, online communities, and direct outreach.
  • Elevate our recruitment presence by finding new avenues and creating targeted content tailored to top-tier candidates.
  • Track analytics to measure performance, test new ideas, and report wins (and learnings) to the team.

Who You Are:

  • A passionate content creator
  • Fluent in social media trends, memes, and platform best practices.
  • A natural storyteller—creative, relentless, and never short on ideas.
  • Skilled at writing, design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.), and basic video editing.
  • Hyper-organized, detail-oriented, and cool under pressure with strong project management skills.
  • A people person with a knack for networking and connecting (online and off).
  • Bonus: Experience with employer branding, HR tech tools, or recruiting software is a BIG plus.
