THE WORK:

Ripple is seeking a full-time Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager to join the small but mighty content marketing team. This person will have full ownership over SEO strategy, execution and reporting, collaborating closely with internal partners and serving as the main point of contact with external agencies to set and implement the strategy across multiple domains.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Conduct keyword research and refresh target keyword lists as needed to align to business strategies and objectives Implement link-building strategies (internal linking and back-linking for domain authority) Employ the strategic use of AI tools for SEO as needed Performance analysis Monitor and report on SEO metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis Analyze website performance and conduct regular technical audits across domains Provide and implement actionable insights for improvement Collaborate with the web experience team to ensure technical SEO best practices Assist in website updates as needed Ensure website architecture supports SEO goals Lead weekly SEO meetings with the web experience team and serve as lead project manager to align on technical tasks

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in SEO and proficiency in SEO tools (GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC, AWR) Strong analytical skills Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills Experience working in B2B SaaS/enterprise environments is required Writing and editing experience (blog content, web copy, video titles and descriptions, etc.) is a major plus Familiarity with blockchain/crypto/fintech is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience working with and managing agency partners Experience with paid search campaigns and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is nice to have (but not required)
