Senior Manager, Seramount Chief Diversity Officer Collaborative

The Senior Manager, Seramount Chief Diversity Officer Collaborative (CDOC) is responsible for supporting strong contract value retention, expansion of existing products, and identifying and launching new products and services.

A major part of this role is to develop and maintain deep, actionable understanding of the voice of the market in Seramounts Chief Diversity Officer Collaborative (CDOC) product and ensure client service based on the value proposition. CDOC is an executive leadership forum for over 150 Chief Diversity Officers and Diversity Executives of leading global companies who partner with Seramount to advance thought leadership and impact through Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in global businesses, non-profits and educational institutions. It is the flagship project of Seramount, a professional services firm that works with over 500 companies representing 25 million employees to advance inclusion in the workplace cultures and to drive innovation and better marketplace outcomes. In its 3rd year, Seramount CDOC is at an exciting phase of growth and impact, with a 2025 theme of Re-envisioning the DEI Playbook, hosting convenings bringing together leading global companies in NYC, Chicago and Los Angeles, among other locations.

You will also interact closely with Seramounts research, events and product teams in setting research agendas, evolving product design, and perfecting partner use-cases for Seramount product content and services.

This position works closely day-to-day with the leaders of Seramount Advisory, Insights, and Events to ensure our Partnership delivers a set of relevant, competitive, and measurably impactful services to current and prospective partners. This role serves as liaison to Seramount Sales & Account Management leaders, ensuring those teams have what they need to achieve ambitious growth via new Research partnerships and strong renewal performance.

This hire may be based in Washington, D.C., Richmond VA, or open to remote candidates within the continental U.S. This position may require occasional travel (10-20%) to partner organizations. The position will report into the Managing Director, Seramount Chief Diversity Officer Collaborative.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create the infrastructure and strategy to manage and cultivate our CDO relationships across the Seramount business, with a focus on enhanced product offerings.
    • Accountable for the project management and outcomes for high-touch pan-Seramount events
    • Manage all Seramount CDO marketing and communications, including quarterly briefings, pre and post program messaging, ensuring multi-platform alignment (website, LinkedIn, Slack, emails)
    • Maintain updated tracking of internal CDO relationships and create the infrastructure to both leverage and continue to cultivate those relationships
  • Elevate Seramounts internal and external thought leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and identify potential partnership opportunities.
    • Manage the curriculum for and attend Seramonts Executive level Professional Development offerings and CDOC Advisory Council
    • Manage pipeline of external guest speakers to elevate dialog and engagement
    • Develop marketing collateral, executive briefings, presentation materials and content, including printed materials for in-person events for CDOC
  • Project manage Chief Diversity Officer programs bringing together executives from over 150 leading global companies
    • Partner with Seramount Insights and CDOC clients to stay current on key diversity trends and best practices
    • Manage performance metrics for CDOC in partnership with Seramount account management and CDOC leadership, including net promoter score (NPS), event participation, themes analyses, etc.
    • Support prospect campaigns and meeting themes to direct marketing efforts recommending new go to market approaches (e.g., bundles)

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of post-graduate professional work experience
  • Thoughtful, creative, and proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent organizational, oral, and written communications
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and work effectively in a highly matrixed organization
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior executives
  • Experience with solution-focused problem solving and thinking through problems creatively
  • Strong project management skills with experience producing deliverables on deadline
  • Understanding of DE&I strategies, metrics, and the correlation to implementing significant organizational impact in the workforce, workplace and marketplace
  • Highly detailoriented, organized, able to multitask, follow through and work independently as well as within a highly collaborative team structure
  • Demonstrated ownership of and accountability towards business goals
  • Demonstrated consultative approach and commitment to our partners success
  • Experience preparing workshops and formal presentations to external stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

Compensation:

The anticipated starting salary (base) range for thisrole is$55,000 - $80,000per year. Actual salary variesdue to factors that may include but not be limited torelevant experience, skills, and location.At EAB, it isnot typical for an individual to be hired at or near thetop of the starting salary range for their role.

This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionarybonus or incentive compensation. Variablecompensation may depend on various factors,such as individual andorganizational performance.
