YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR ROOFING ESTIMATOR
In this estimating position, you work with clients and roofing professionals to fully grasp the project's scope and to put together comprehensive bids. You conduct site inspections, examine existing roof quality, identify damage, and determine the best solutions for the client's needs. Accounting for material, labor, and equipment, you estimate the costs for the proposed roof project and review them with the client.
You answer questions, explain your estimates, and adjust your plans based on client feedback. You're always respectful and professional when speaking with clients, and you're motivated to deliver the most comprehensive, detailed estimates possible!
