Advocate Health is seeking a Rheumatologist to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin   Job details You will join another seasoned Rheumatologist on-site and join a network of employed Rheumatologists across Advocate Health Position is open due to growth and demonstrated need for an additional Rheumatologist to support this patient service area Flexible schedule that will include a mix of on-site patient care as well as scheduled virtual clinic time, using Virtual Assisted Care to increase access to care Rheumatology practice is embedded in a large, multi-specialty clinic location with Lab, Imaging and Pharmacy on-site Outpatient only practice, no call requirement EPIC EMR Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients Base salary of $284,848-$284,848 with the ability to earn even more  Generous student loan forgiveness program plus sign on bonus up to $125,000   Benefits and more ~ Paid Time Off programs for eligible positions ~ Health and welfare benefits such as health, dental, vision, life and Short- and Long-Term Disability  ~401(k) plan with up to 3% employer match, in addition to a 3% company contribution for a total employer contribution of up to 6% and other financial wellness programs ~ Flexible spending accounts for eligible health care and dependent care expenses  ~ Family benefits such as parental leave, adoption assistance and surrogacy assistance  ~ Educational Assistance Program ~ Paid medical liability insurance ~ CME allowance ~ Relocation assistance up to $12,000  About Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin Welcome to Wisconsin’s Largest Village!   Menomonee Falls enjoys a small town charm and a modern convenient lifestyle.
