The Opportunity:

We’re hiring a Recruiter to join our team and play a critical role in executing search engagements for our clients. This newly created position will support research, sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment operations across a portfolio of retained and contingent searches. You’ll work directly with senior recruiters and practice leaders, gaining exposure to client management, market strategy, and the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted research and talent mapping across HR, Total Rewards, and HRIS functions
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, and market outreach
• Screen and qualify candidates through interviews and assessments
• Support recruitment logistics including interview scheduling, CRM management, and status reporting
• Assist in client updates and project management, helping ensure timely and high-quality delivery
