What Youll Do:

Oversee window and siding projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency

Manageinstallation teams, schedules, and materials to keep projects on track

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and crew members

Problem-solve on-site challenges and ensure seamless project execution

Take initiative and demonstrate leadership skills with the opportunity to advance within the company
