Administrative Assistant

LOCATION: Greater Portland Area
SALARY: $22.00 per hour
SCHEDULE: Onsite, Part-Time, Tuesday to Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible Start Time)
JOB TYPE: Temporary to start, with the potential to move into a long-term role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and organize a principal’s email inbox
• Print, file, and send correspondence as needed
• Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and clarity
• Make travel arrangements (hotel, car rental, etc.)
• Assist with calendar scheduling
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Provide general administrative support as assigned
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or office support experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• This position performs general office duties in a professional, temperature-controlled environment. It requires sitting, typing, and occasional light lifting of office supplies or printed materials.
