Position Overview:

The MSP Recruiting Manager will lead and oversee the successful delivery of all MSP client engagements, ensuring high-quality service, efficient operational management, and continuous process improvement. The MSP Recruiting Manager will also be expected to produce and place candidates with clients, through sourcing and qualifying candidates for open jobs. The Manager will also be expected to proactively build and nurture a pipeline of candidates with backgrounds in our space. This role is responsible for aligning client needs with staffing solutions, managing delivery teams, and fostering strategic partnerships with MSP clients to meet their unique workforce demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the MSP delivery team, including recruitment, onboarding, and management of contract employees, to ensure seamless and efficient staffing solutions, client management and quality assurance.
• Individual Production: Independently develop and build relationships with candidates via our internal database, job boards, social networking, portfolio sites, and networking events, or other professional events. Proactively build and independently nurture a pipeline of talent with backgrounds within our specialty for anticipated future client needs based on your unique relationship and/or knowledge of Onward clients. Source, app and submit candidates for priority open job orders. Manage the offer process with the candidate. Ensure the candidate is compliant and ready to start their assignment by the scheduled start date. Management of working professionals once theyve been placed.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service quality and drive improvements in delivery processes.

• Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing delivery team, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth within the MSP delivery unit. Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture that aligns with the companys values and goals.Ensure that the team is delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance candidate satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall MSP program success.
• Risk and Compliance: Ensure all client engagements comply with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports to senior management on performance metrics, client satisfaction, and operational challenges, utilizing data to make informed business decisions.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in staffing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within an MSP or high-volume staffing environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Expertise in digital, marketing, creative and IT staffing is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong candidate-facing skills, with demonstrated success in managing MSP accounts and delivery teams. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Education: Bachelors degree.

Compensation:
$75,000 - $95,000, based on experience. Commission eligible and bonus eligible based on performance of direct reports. Comprehensive benefits and PTO package, including 401k, offered.
