Position Overview:
The MSP Recruiting Manager will lead and oversee the successful delivery of all MSP client engagements, ensuring high-quality service, efficient operational management, and continuous process improvement. The MSP Recruiting Manager will also be expected to produce and place candidates with clients, through sourcing and qualifying candidates for open jobs. The Manager will also be expected to proactively build and nurture a pipeline of candidates with backgrounds in our space. This role is responsible for aligning client needs with staffing solutions, managing delivery teams, and fostering strategic partnerships with MSP clients to meet their unique workforce demands.

$75,000 - $95,000, based on experience. Commission eligible and bonus eligible based on performance of direct reports. Comprehensive benefits and PTO package, including 401k, offered.
