Position Summary

• Lead the launch of our new product by overseeing marketing strategy, planning, and execution.
• Collaborate closely with sales to ensure metrics lead to revenue and brand growth.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies including research, analysis, and target audience identification.
• Manage the project lifecycle, timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate with product development, sales, and external partners.
• Execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
• Create marketing materials in collaboration with creative teams.
• Organize product launch events and promotional activities.
• Track and report on performance metrics, providing data-driven insights.
• Gather customer feedback to improve future strategies.

Required Skills

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Data analysis and decision-making skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Budget management experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience in technology or software industries
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management
• Project management certification (PMP or similar)

Working Conditions

Occasional travel for events and meetings.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in marketing project management, preferably with product launch experience
