Job Description We are seeking a Lead General Writer responsible for creating, publishing, and maintaining partner and consumer-facing documentation. Your work will range from editing existing content to developing comprehensive Help Centers. You must manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities Create high-quality reference, support, and how-to articles. Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify content gaps. Draft, develop, and publish content. Conduct peer reviews of team members' work. Ensure content quality and consistency. Mentor and coach other writers. Skills Exceptional writing and editing skills. Ability to adhere to internal style guides. Strong communication and project management skills. Customer service orientation. Experience reviewing and providing feedback. Knowledge of HTML and CSS. This position is part of a bargaining unit. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 12 years of work experience. An Associate Degree requires a minimum of 6 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in English or related field. Over 1 year of writing experience. Proficiency in internal style guides, HTML, and CSS. Strong communication and project management skills. Experience in review and feedback processes, quality assurance. Additional Information Compensation varies based on location, role, skills, and experience. The salary range for roles in specified states is $40.00 to $50.00 per hour.
