This full-time, school-based opportunity is perfect for individuals passionate about education and student development. Instructional assistants will work closely with classroom teachers and special education staff to support students academically, socially, and behaviorallyoften in small group or 1:1 settings. Caseloads may vary depending on the needs of the school, so flexibility and a positive attitude are key.

Position Details:
Location: Morrisville, VT area
Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday during school hours
Start Date: Immediate
Assignment: General and/or special education support; caseloads may vary
Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, therapists, and administrators
Qualifications:
Previous school or childcare experience preferred
Comfortable providing academic and behavioral support
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to the needs of different classrooms and students
