Start your career in sales! Join our newly created Inside Sales Hub as a Business Development Rep, with a target training date of March 3 rd , 2025. The role is onsite in our Chicago, IL office five days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Manage outbound prospecting to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), leveraging Zebra Sales Plays to proposition Zebra products and solutions.
  • Conduct research on designated accounts, collect prospect contact information and identify key personas and decision makers.
  • Engage and qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns to ensure a continuous flow of sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities, using CRM tools to track and disposition leads and activities.
  • Work closely with the Regional and Global Sales Teams to align on prospect strategies, facilitating effective routing of SQLs for further development.
  • Leverage CRM tools and data insights to inform prospecting activities and activity reporting.
  • Share best practices with colleagues within the Regional Hub and contribute to a collaborative sales environment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments; continuously update knowledge on Zebra products and services to address customer needs.
  • Implement feedback and coaching to improve sales techniques and outcomes.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors or equivalent experience
  • Interest and/or experience in pipeline generation with a proven ability to communicate effectively (0+ years)
  • Strong interest in sales to drive new business opportunities
  • This role is onsite out of our Chicago office five days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Uses moderate sales domain / solutions knowledge
  • Basic technical product knowledge
  • Understands Solution Selling concepts and overcomes customer objections applicable to customer situations
  • Knows where to seek answers and resources to address challenges and drive results

Salary: USD 54000.00 - USD 56000.00 Yearly. Salary offered will vary by location, skills, knowledge and experience; most Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs and potential long-term incentive awards.
