Job Description

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Irvine, California. This long-term contract position requires a candidate with expertise in HR operations, payroll, and administrative tasks who can work independently to support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with employment laws and contribute to the success of HR initiatives while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with management to develop, implement, and administer compensation programs that align with organizational budget strategies. - Provide expert support during salary negotiations for both new team members and existing employees. - Clearly communicate compensation policies to employees to ensure transparency and understanding. - Oversee onboarding processes, including document management and new employee orientation, to ensure a seamless transition for new team members. - Conduct offboarding processes, such as exit interviews, and ensure proper documentation is maintained. - Offer guidance on sensitive HR matters, including accommodations, investigations, and terminations, while adhering to company policies. - Maintain accurate employee records in systems such as Paychex and shared drives, ensuring compliance with data management standards. - Track and manage employee certifications and assist with routine audits of HR systems and records. - Administer employee benefits programs, including health plan renewals, enrollment, and answering employee inquiries. - Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and best practices to ensure smooth operations. Requirements - Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Paychex. - Experience with auditing, compliance, and maintaining accurate employee records. - Strong knowledge of benefits administration, including health plan renewals and enrollment processes. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and tools such as Concur for expense management. - Ability to handle sensitive HR issues with professionalism and discretion. - Background in conducting employee onboarding and offboarding processes. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey HR policies and procedures. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.
