Tasks Associated With The Investor Relations Manager RoleResponsibilities:In this role, you will be responsible for these 4 core functions: Investor outreach, outbound calling, and follow up to set appointments. Converting prospects from ad networks into booked calls, and turning them into investorsFunding The Investment (follow up to finalize paperwork )Investor Nurture and SupportIn order to achieve these core functions, the responsibilities of the role are:Convert leads generated from our sales funnel into valuable investors through phone calls / zoomScheduling follow up calls and sending investors ample information to help them make a decision to invest in the fundBuilding and managing strong relationships with investor clients, guiding them from commitment to funding, creating a white-glove experience.Communicate with potential and current investors, taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, holding clarity calls, and guiding clients through the investment process with exceptional service and clear communication.Onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth and informative experience, creating a WOW-factor.Being the gatekeeper of investor communications by answering questions from potential and current investors and sending additional information as needed, ensuring no inquiry goes unanswered.Maintain the investor database for both potential and current investors. Engage potential investors, scheduling and taking sales calls and reconnecting with no-shows. Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals and optimize performance.Staying up-to-date on company offerings, market trends and industry best practices.Perform other related duties as assigned.Work with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion as well as collaborate on monthly newslettersKeep investor relationships for repeat investors and facilitate that processWork closely with legal team to maintain compliance This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to:Make a real difference in the lives of our investors.Become an expert in investor operations and relationship management.Collaborate with a passionate team and contribute to our success.Develop your skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.Become a true champion for our investors and our company.Skills & Experience (Expected Proficiencies)Relationship Management & Investor Relations:Experience preferred in high-ticket phone/zoom sales, investor relations, client relationship management, or a similar role, ideally within real estate, finance, or investment sectors.Proven track record in building and managing strong relationships with high-net-worth clients or investors.Sales & Closing Experience:Experience in outbound calling and following up with potential investors from ad network leads, using sales scripts to effectively close deals.Demonstrated success in driving engagement and converting leads.Experience converting prospects from paid advertising into customers/investors. Investor Onboarding & Administration:Experience with onboarding clients and maintaining a database.Strong organizational skills to ensure seamless communication and white-glove onboarding experience.Communication & Presentation Skills:Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging way.Collaboration & Teamwork:Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly with marketing, legal, finance, and compliance teams, to achieve common goals and ensure regulatory compliance.Industry Knowledge & Compliance:Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements in investor relations is a plus.Tech Savvy & CRM Systems:Experience working with CRM systems to track pipelines and communications, ensuring scalability and process optimization.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of real estate investment products or alternative investment vehicles.Experience working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) or institutional investors.Comp Package Salary: $100,000 based on experienceIncentive Compensation: based on experience allowing to earn up to $200k or more per year (including salary).Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Preventative Health, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Basic Life and AD&D, Voluntary Life and AD&D.401(K) Plan + Employer Match up to 4% of salary9 Paid Holidays Paid Time Off: 10 Vacation Days to Start + 5 Sick/Discretionary DaysThe mission of Allied Development is to grow the legacy of land owners, communities and builders by developing land that allows families to flourish.We bring value to land owners by maximizing their opportunity while prioritizing their needs.We bring value to local communities by turning their vision of growth into reality.
