Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate group travel packages
Handle contracts, group discounts, and special perks
Assist with payment plans and booking deadlines
Provide client support before and during travel
Research destinations and accommodations for groups
Work with suppliers to secure the best group rates
Qualifications:
Must reside in USA, UK, Latin America, Australia, or Mexico
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple groups
Previous event planning or travel experience is helpful
