Job Overview

We’re on the hunt for a Graphic Designer who knows how to bring a brand’s voice to life through bold, smart visuals. From ag campaigns to lifestyle product launches, you'll be designing work that turns heads and drives results. If you’ve got strong instincts, clean execution, and an eye for the details that matter - let’s talk.

What You’ll Do

• Create graphics across social, digital ads, print (postcards, signage, packaging), decks, and branding assets
• Balance client needs, brand guidelines, and creative direction
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to tell one clear visual story
• Develop original concepts and execute them from sketch to final export
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across different platforms
• Prep clean, organized files for digital and print production
• Contribute ideas during brainstorms, team meetings, and creative planning sessions

• Can juggle social graphics, print layouts, and branding mockups in one day
• Keep working files tidy and assets properly archived (no chaos allowed)

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience (agency preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Strong portfolio of digital and print work

Bonus Points

• Experience with ag and industrial brands
• Experience with Figma & After Effects

Pay Range: $22 - $26/hr(based on experience)
