Job Description

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting efficient inventory management and material handling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Marion, OH

Pay Range: $20.52 per hour

Shift: 1st shift 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM; 2nd shift 2:45 PM – 10:45 PM

What's the Job?

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment (where applicable)
• Assist with inventory management and material movement within the warehouse
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Support team members with various warehouse tasks as assigned
• Participate in routine equipment inspections and report any issues

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to operate mechanical equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
