As the professional leader and official representative of CSCMC, the Executive Director will work closely with the Governing Council, staff, and community partners to set the direction for impactful, data-driven initiatives. We are looking for a collaborative, results-oriented leader who can navigate complex systems, inspire stakeholders, and champion policies that place children at the center of Martin County’s future.

General Duties:
Planning, budgeting, advocacy, community leadership, implementing, managing and evaluating the activities and functions of the Children’s Services Council of Martin County.
Strategic Leadership
Position objectives include Planning, Financial and Program Management, Operations Management, Community Relations and Advocacy, and Board Relations.
Minimum Educational Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or other related area of specialization (preferred), with ten or more years of proven experience in management/leadership, community planning, program development and evaluation, agency budgeting, or related activities. A Master’s degree can substitute with a minimum of five years professional experience.
