Role Overview:

Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for an Executive Chef 2 to join our team at Novo Nordisk in Clayton NC! the current food landscape consists of Cafe that is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, Micro-Market, Pantry Services and Catering Operations. The Executive Chef will be the lead culinary person on site and manage the BOH operations.

Incentives: M-F 6am to 4pm, with some evenings to observe the dinner shift What You'll Do:

• Menu planning
• Ordering
• Inventory
• Hands on about 80% of the time
• Managing a team of 10 Full Time and 2 Part Time employees
• Catering Production
• Ensuring quality and presentation

A prior background in a high-end culinary position, supervisory experience, A strong focus in customer service, culinary expertise and attention to detail are key in our selection process.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
