The Dishwasher at Waikiki Lulu's, LLC. plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas. This position ensures that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, contributing to the overall efficiency of the food service operation. Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines and hand-washing techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
• Assist in the proper disposal of waste and recycling materials to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Support kitchen staff by ensuring that clean dishes and utensils are readily available for food preparation and service.
