Digital Large Format Printer Operator, 16/hr, Madison Heights, MI

Workbox Staffing is hiring Assemblers in Madison Heights. The ideal candidate for this position would have some assembly experience. Essential Functions of The Job:

• Operate one or more printers at production quotas
• Maintain operability of printers including:
• Warm up and shut down procedures
• Ink level maintenance
• Scheduled lubrications
• Scheduled filter changes
• General cleanliness of machine
• Interact with Graphics Department as needed to determine job scheduling
• Arrange stock of printing material in orderly fashion to best facilitate production
• Observe safety codes for the general shop area and their machine
• Other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor
• Maintain a clean, safe work area clear of debris
• Perform all job duties using standard safety practices
• Use time wisely and remain productive
• Responsible for following all company policies as stated in the employee handbook

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• General familiarity with computer operations
• General mechanical inclination

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. pounds of material on a regular basis.
• Safety glasses must be worn at all times while in the shop.
