Insight Global is looking for a  Dental Receptionist  local to Louisville, KY! Below is more information of what we're looking for in a candidate along with the day-to-day responsibilities in the role:

Must Haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Plusses:

• Education or training in dental care is a plus

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Greet and Assist Patients: Welcome patients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate areas.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage the appointment calendar, schedule and confirm appointments, and handle cancellations or rescheduling.
• Patient Records: Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle patient inquiries in a professional manner.
• Billing and Payments: Process patient payments, handle billing inquiries, and coordinate with the billing department.
• Office Management: Ensure the reception area is clean and organized, manage office supplies, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Coordination: Work closely with dental staff, students, and faculty to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

*** Compensation : up to $18/hr 

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
