Key Responsibilities : Contribute to the development of our odds delivery pipeline by creating and maintaining metrics derived from historical sports, odds, and betting data. Analyze model outputs to evaluate performance, identify weaknesses, and guide iterative improvements to enhance predictive accuracy. Proactively anticipate the company’s analytical needs, generating insightful reports and compelling presentations that translate complex data into actionable betting market strategies. Communicate data-driven insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise, fostering collaboration across teams. Leverage statistical analysis and visualization tools to uncover trends and opportunities within sports and betting datasets. Stay informed about advancements in sports analytics and betting technologies to continuously refine analytical approaches. Education & Experience & Skills : Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative/technical field. 2+ years of experience in data or quantitative analysis. Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis techniques and methodologies. Expertise in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel; familiarity with R is a plus. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Flask to create impactful, user-friendly dashboards. A passion for sports and a willingness to learn about new sports or analytical techniques. Personal Attributes : Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data analysis.
