Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide expert advice and personalized cruise recommendations.

  2. Marketing and Promotion:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

    • Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and partnerships, to promote cruise services.

    • Create compelling content and promotional materials to showcase available cruise packages and special offers.

  3. Budget Planning and Management:

    • Assist clients in planning their travel budgets, offering cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.

    • Monitor and manage all financial aspects of cruise bookings, including payments, refunds, and adjustments.

    • Ensure transparency and accuracy in all budget-related communications with clients.

  4. Booking and Coordination:

    • Handle all aspects of cruise booking processes, from initial inquiry to final confirmation.

    • Provide clients with detailed itineraries, travel documents, and pre-departure information.
