What You'll Be Doing:

Lead with Purpose: Build and lead a successful clinic, ensuring exceptional client care and team collaboration.
Empower Your Team: Mentor and support BCBAs and Behavior Technicians, fostering their professional growth.
Ensure Clinical Excellence: Oversee the development and implementation of high-quality ABA programs.
Build Strong Relationships: Address and resolve parental concerns, building trust and rapport.
Manage Clinic Operations: Ensure efficient clinic operations, including scheduling, onboarding, and documentation.
Drive Client Success: Analyze progress data, modify treatment plans, and update client goals.
Provide Training and Support: Facilitate parent/caregiver training and participate in hiring and training new staff.
Stay Compliant and Organized: Verify supervision and program management meet company and BACB standards.

What We're Looking For:

BCBA Certification: Must maintain Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and LBA credentials in good standing.
BCBA Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a BCBA (5 years preferred, including 2 years in a supervisory role).
Supervisor Status: Supervisor status under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Caseload Management: Experience managing caseloads and overseeing RBTs and junior BCBAs.
Communication and Leadership Skills: Strong communication, planning, time management, and leadership skills.
Adaptability: Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Physical Abilities: Physically able to work on the floor with children, use computers and tablets, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable Transportation: Access to reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and ability to pass a background check.
